About Tommy

Tommy has been playing the bouzouki since he was seven. His love for the instrument, determination to better himself through endless hours of practice have managed to gain him the respect and admiration of well known musicians, singers and artist locally and internationally. What makes Tommy unique and phenominal when performing is that he puts on a energetic, breath taking show filled with flair and enthusiasm.

Tommy has played with international Greek singers such as Ploutarhos, Vardis, Zig Zag, Tasos Bougas, Aggelopoulos to name a few. Tommy has also played at some of the most well known clubs in Athens which include Asteria , Posidonio, Romeo.

In Australia, Tommy has performed at the official ceremony for the start of the torch relay for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Other official events include numerous Greek festivals and Glendi’s around Australia.

As a musician, his major influences include Stelios Kazantzidis, Parios, Dalaras, Glykeria, Zambetas, Dimitris Mitropanos. Tommy has experience with all the latest Greek Music.
